Council Facilities Opening Tuesday

Council will reopen some of its facilities to the public this coming Tuesday (5 October) following the Mid-Western Region’s release from stay-at-home orders.

Opening on Tuesday will be:

  • Mudgee Customer Service Centre, regular hours 8am – 4.30pm
  • Mudgee Library, limited hours 10am – 4pm (Tuesday to Friday next week, closed Saturday)
  • Community Services at the Carmel Croan Centre including Community Transport and Meals on Wheels, regular hours 8.30am -  4.30pm

The following facilities are now open:

  • All Waste Facilities, regular hours (check Council’s website for specific location hours)
  • Mudgee, Gulgong and Kandos pools, regular hours (check Council’s website for specific locations)

  
The following facilities will remain closed next week and further information will be provided on their anticipated opening date:

  • Gulgong and Rylstone Customer Service Centres
  • Gulgong, Rylstone and Kandos Libraries
  • Mudgee Arts Precinct
  • Family Day Care Coordination Unit
  • Ironed Out
  • Second Hand Stores at Waste Facilities (if you have second hand goods please keep them until these stores reopen)

Preparations will be made over the long weekend to ensure these facilities reopen in accordance with NSW Health Orders. All customers visiting Council venues will still be required to wear a mask at all times and sign in via the QR code provided.
