Mudgee Waste Facility offers the only landfill in our Local Government area and is the primary facility for receiving commercial and building waste generated in the Mid-Western Local government area.
Large-scale developments in the Mid-Western Local Government Area, including those classified as State Significant Developments (SSD), must possess an approved waste management plan outlining the methods for recycling or proper disposal of all generated waste. Given the substantial quantities of waste produced and the constraints on landfill capacity, it is important to note that landfill waste originating from these projects will not be accepted at the waste facilities operated by the Mid-Western Regional Council.

Revolve Shop
Mudgee Waste Facility is also home to the Revolve Shop (tip shop).
Open Monday to Friday 9am to 3pm (closed 12pm to 1pm), Saturday 9am to 2pm. Closed Sunday and public holidays.
